Sugar And Oil Pie Crust

There's no substitute for homemade pie crusts and this is my favorite.


Ingredients

1 ½ C. Flour
2 ½ T. Sugar
1 t. Salt
½ C. Oil
2 T. Cold Milk


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in pie plate with fork. Combine liquids in separate bowl and mix. Add milk / oil mixture to pie plate and work together with fork. Mold dough to plate.

Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes for a soft pie crust.

Makes a 9” pie crust.
