Pineapple Walnut Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

This is one of my favorite cakes and it's an extremely easy recipe.


Cake Ingredients

2 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
2 C. or 1 Can crushed pineapple with juice
1 t. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 C. Walnuts


Cake Directions

Beat all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.


Frosting Ingredients

1 stick Butter
2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 t. Vanilla


Frosting Directions

Sift powdered sugar and let butter come to room temperature. Then beat all ingredients together till smooth and spread over cooled cake.
