Oriental Chicken Salad

This is my favorite salad. The dressing and ramen noodles are the key.


Salad Ingredients

1 lb. White Meat Chicken Breast, boiled and coarsely shredded.
Cabbage, shredded
Green Onions, chopped
½ C. Slivered Almonds, toasted (5 min @ 400°)
2 T. Sesame Seeds, toasted (5 min @ 400°)
2 Packages Ramen Noodles (chicken flavor)

Mix all ingredients except Ramen noodles in large salad bowl.


Dressing

4 T. Sugar
6 T. Vinegar
1 C. Oil
1 t. Soy Sauce
2 Chicken Flavor Packets (from Ramen Noodles)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour dressing over salad.
Break up Ramen Noodles coarsely in salad and toss well.
