Ingredients
2 to 2.5 lbs Hamburger1 C. Onion, finely diced
1 C. Celery, thinly sliced
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ to 1 Can of Water
4 T. Soy Sauce
2 C. Minute Rice
Chow Mein Noodles
Directions
Brown hamburger then sauté onion and celery. Add in all remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles and mix thoroughly.Pour mixture into a 10 x 13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
Remove foil and top with chow mein noodles. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
