Chicken Noodle Casserole

Another great comfort food casserole.


Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. Boneless White Meat Chicken, coarsely chopped or shredded
½ Stick of Butter
1 C. Celery, sliced
1 Jar Pimentos, chopped
1 Can Black Olives, chopped
1 Jar Mushrooms, sliced
1 Pkg. Frozen Noodles
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Italian Style Green Beans, drained
2 C. Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
3 C. Buttered Bread Crumbs


Directions

Boil chicken till cooked. Cook noodles as directed on package. Saute celery, pimentos, black olives and mushrooms in butter. Add in soup and green beans.
Combine this mixture with the noodles, chicken and cheese.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
