Bo Ling's Crab Rangoons

These are the best crab wontons I've found. The recipe comes from a fantastic chinese restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas (suburban Kansas City).


Ingredients

1 lb Cream Cheese
3 oz Crab Meat
1 T. Chives, finely chopped
1 t. Garlic powder
Dash of Salt
Dash of Sesame Seed Oil
Dash of White Pepper
Won Ton Wrappers


Directions

Mix first seven ingredients. Place small spoonful of mixture in middle of each won ton wrapper. Pinch the middles of each wrapper together and seal.

Deep fry till light brown. Drain upside down on paper towels.
