Blackeyed Pea Dip

A great dip for parties.


Ingredients

1 Can Blackeyed peas, drained
4 Green Onions and tops, finely chopped
½ C. Sour Cream
1 t. garlic salt
½ C. Salsa
4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled.


Directions

Place 2/3 can of peas in food processor. Process until smooth.
Blend in onions, sour cream, garlic and salt.

Put mixture in bowl and stir in remaining peas and salsa.

Garnish with bacon bits. Serve with corn chips.
